FAQs
Are there any upfront costs or hidden fees?
No, we provide collection services solely on a contingency basis. We only get paid if we collect on the claims you place with us.
What type of claims can your company collect?
We are a full-service debt collection firm. We handle all commercial and consumer claims. We collect debt in all industries nationwide. There is no type of debt that we don't collect. Examples: accounts receivables, open invoices, judgments, bad checks, medical, dental, insurance claims, promissory notes, membership accounts, etc.
Do you handle all phases of the collection process?
Yes, we handle all three phases of the collection process: pre-litigation, litigation, and post-litigation. In the pre-litigation phase, we will attempt to contact the debtor by phone and mail to negotiate a settlement on your behalf. In the second phase, if a debtor refuses to pay, we will then make an overall assessment of the case based on whether we can collect. With your approval, one of our affiliate attorneys will pursue litigation on your behalf. In the third and final phase, once we've obtained a judgment on your behalf, we will locate employment information, banking information, and assets so we can do wage garnishments, bank levies, and asset liens.
